Exceptional food, particularly good location to go for sightseeing. New-fashioned & soundproof rooms with an immense shower with a rain shower feature, dining table and good furnishings. A such wonderful stay in winter time.

The hotel's position was excellent and unbeatable, short walk to the airport and water. The restaurant had great meals.

Great location to terminal 2 made it easy to get to key attractions. Had neat room with view, which I enjoyed. The breakfast at the Grand Cafe was served in the restaurant.

The location is favourable and perfect, it's near Seoul- Incheon airport, a shopping mall, and west- and east tower. Big rooms complete with good furnishings and celing windows, for example.

Breakfast was enjoyable and the best, appreciated the position.

The food was brilliant in the café. The beds were nice, room was updated and fashionable. The hotel was in a magnificent location just next door to Seoul for several days, the airport, free shuttle, lovely big rooms and bed, great gym and the airport terminal.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with the most amazing toilets and an immense shower with a rain shower feature, as for instance was not a problem.

Everything was modern, breakfast was excellent quality. Highly courteous and efficient staff who were always there to help. The room was decent sized with very comfortable beds and a big bathroom plus shower, and all other comforts. The lounge restaurant was relaxing and offered fabulous meals.

It is an elegant building, the rooms are big and soundproof with double beds.

The property was well appointed with very attentive and particularly attentive staff from the doorman who greeted us to the hotel shuttle driver who took us to the airport in the morning, I loved the stay. Our bed was very comfy and the room was decent sized and soundproof with decent interior.

I only stayed here to catch a transit flight. The room was clean and well equipped for business travel. Plenty of choice at the mini bar. Was a very pleasant stay
